Good food and friendly staff.
This restaurant is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area. I’m very familiar with all the morning staff and never have any issue with my food or the service they provide. Unfortunately I went to this restaurant the other day after 3pm and there happens to be an employee by the name of MARVIN who is Rude, Disrespectful, Toxic for this establishment. More like Dunkin’ Doo-nuts. There is an infestation of vermin at this particular establishment. Droppings have been found in cups, the food, and throughout the restaurant. Clearly someone has something going in with the local health department. There’s no way this place should still be open. The owner/operators should be held accountable for this. They’ve been infested with rodents for some time and have not prioritized the safety of customers or staff. Consume their products at your own risk.
Z was an amazing worker! He gave us free add ons and was very nice and friendly. Would come here again. Best experience I’ve even had at a Dunkin. Also the food was amazing and crispy. Not cold or bad but really warm and crispy. Also the apple pies were delicious. Come here!!!
