Went here because it is the closest Dunkin to my nail salon. Mind you I don’t live over here, the Dunkin near me is wonderful. The workers were clueless, and made us pull forward in order to grab our food, EVEN THOUGH I PLACED MY ORDER IN ADVANCE. Food was distasteful to top it all off. Do better.
Today’s experience at Dunkin’ was very disappointing. Upon entering, I was not greeted, and while I was still looking at the menu, I felt rushed to order. The cashier short-changed me because they were out of pennies—which isn’t the customer’s fault. My coffee was made without gloves, which was unsanitary and unacceptable. I did notice the young lady preparing food was wearing gloves and handled my order carefully, which I appreciated.
