Worst customer service ever stood there, waiting to make an order one day.While a bunch of people talks about how bad they are and how bad their service is compared to starbucks.Every time I go, the order is always wrong or missing pieces

Not a place to go drive to Worcester
Maybe they should get the people dancing around like kids making tik toks out and get real workers in there. The “dude” with long girls fingernails needs gloves on as well that’s disgusting I’ll never stop here anymore it’s been going on long enough!
I went To this store recently. an i honestly would reccomend going to the dunkin in barre or paxton they show you respect an the mangers care about you. the manger Amber does not care about customers she only cares about making tiktoks!. i got ignored at the front counter for over 5 mins while trying to order because all they cared about was drive thru. i had multi employees walk by an ignore me when they saw me standing there. i finally had one guy take my order than run back to drive thru like my money was nothing to him o... read more
