I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the lack of customer service. I placed an order through the mobile app and went to the mobile order counter, where I noticed my food was ready but placed behind the counter—meaning I needed to ask for it rather than simply grabbing it. Dunkin Baskin is our favorite midnight ice cream spot. While the employee used to be rude and often told us they were out of something whenever we asked, he's now more accustomed to seeing us every night. It’s become a fun routine, and we enjoy the ice cream just as much as the familiar faces we see there.
