Unfortunately these employees are suffering from no AC for the 4th week or so? Why? Don't you care about your employees? My daughter's store lost AC and they only opened for 3 hours each day max until it was fixed. Money and profit is not worth the health and wellbeing of your employees.
I always come to this dunkin because i work at the mall across the street and I'll be honest the people working here don't speak much, but the food and drinks are always so good! but it's a little alarming to walk in today, and the AC is broken on a day that it is 87 out and they still have the employees working. It is cooler outside at 81 degrees currently than it was in that store. you could clearly see the 2 ladies in there sweating, with a small ac unit that you can tell isn't even helping. Care for your employees bro.
