I would be negligent to leave out of this Dunkin' donuts without sharing my experience. I walked in and waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes while the one person (Man with a ponytail) that was attending the counter was standing there talking on his phone. While I was standing there for that long time, he refused to acknowledge me. He even looked at me and then put his head down while continuing to talk on his phone. 1st time visiting this location. Nice and clean inside and out. Great customer service. Went in to get breakfast and doughnuts for our team prep day. Doughnuts and my breakfast sandwich were good. In and out pretty quickly. Not sure about the price I paid for 2 dozen doughnuts but I dont buy often so maybe prices have changed. 🤷♂️
There's a homeless man occupying bathroom for hours. Talk to your staff. This can't keep happening
I always receive any order in a sealed bag. No sealed bag was given today. Staff was rude and not pleasant. Do better or go home.
