I ordered a specific size coffee with the meal deal and would have paid the upcharge but obviously the manager present didn’t like that at all. She is very rude
I ordered a half a dozen of donuts and some hash browns once checking the donuts and the hash browns. I blew my horn and said excuse me because the window was still open. No one acknowledged me. It was a lady standing right there and this lady walked past. Neither one of the ladies acknowledged me to the fact that I wanted fresher donuts and another order of hash browns. Normally, I’d never make a review about simply getting a coffee. This Dunkin Got my coffee 100% as I asked, usually have to go in to customize my coffee with 1 sugar 2 cream. The customer service from this business was OUTSTANDING! The gentleman was more polite than I’ve ever seen from customer service! Honestly, I’m not from around this area, but makes me want to purely drive out of my way just to get my coffee from them.
