Did a mobile order they never even gave me my donut and gave it to some other person while I was there and had payed for it already the rest of them had food coloring so I couldn’t even get what I payed for
This place is almost near horrible. I get coffee at varying times, all the time. It is consistently okay in the morning. If you go anytime after 3pm when the men are mostly working, your coffee will be trash. Unfortunately I am going to have to stop going here, the people are nice enough but I can’t keep getting too cold, too bitter, not enough sweetness, and just plain messed up coffee orders!
This is the 4th time in a week that my coffee is spilled and has ruined my order. Coffee lids are not being properly put on and do not fit.
I always order online because i don’t like to wait, today i ordered way earlier than usual and when i got there it was weird that i had to wait for my coffee a couple of minutes later a guy came back saying that they give him the wrong order i look up and i saw my name on the cup sticker and the guy’s finger marks, i watch as they pass the cup to another person to “remake” my order. when i got my order i leave because i was late to work when i was about to drink my coffee i noticed they give me the same cup with the guy’s fi... read more
Horrible customer service. They will leave you waiting for nothing. Nobody helps you
