Drive thru redesign is horrible went from being one of the fastest around to absolutely atrocious so slow now
Walked in here at 930am on a Sunday. Female worker was screaming and swearing about something. I walked out. Everyone sitting and eating looked uncomfortable. Do your job and stop acting like a loser.
Horrible attitude on workers, and horrible service. Ask for a coffee, said what I would like in it. What I received is the opposite. Milks are combined instead of swapping one out for another, way too much sugar when I asked for less very clearly. No you're welcome, no smile. Meanwhile the workers inside are always arguing, swearing and yelling. I will not be coming back, and we will take this place off the list for coffee runs at work.
