Whether it was the owner or worker, he was very rude. I came around 6pm, mind you they close at 7pm. I went to the drive thru, and I didn’t mind the wait nor did I say anything when I got to the window! I understand they only have one person at the end of the day. As soon as I get to the window, he complained that I was at the drive thru instead of coming inside because he is the only one. People are so rude and food is horrible…even if this is the closest Dunkin to me I would rather go somewhere else!
As always DDs normal store.
Literally the worst quality of food and the service was trash. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else. Food was inedible bc it was so hard and disgusting. Employees rude. If you don’t like customer service then don’t work in this industry. Quality of Dunkin has just gone to the gutter.
