I was not greeted when I walked to the register and when I asked if I order here, I was told yes and to "give me a minute". I was then pointed at by the cashier and she addressed her coworkers in Spanish. Basically, saying I am not taking any orders. I left without ordering just now. As I left, she said, sarcastically, "You, have a great day". Wow! Where is leadership in this store? I am from NC and our Raleigh Dunkin employees can teach this staff how customer service works.
I've been visiting this location for a while now and have finally had it with the service. There was this nasty girl behind the counter her name tag said Destiny. I've never seen an employee here act and talk SO unprofessional. Unfortunate part is I'm pretty sure she's management. Don't go here unless you want shitty service with a side of attitude worse than a hungry dog. Very disappointed that corporate chooses to ignore these things.
I visited this establishment on June 19, 2025, at approximately 2:32 p.m. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I encountered a young African American employee who, unfortunately, left a lasting negative impression.
