Please HIRE SOME HELP FOR THIS LOCATION!! The wait times are ridiculous! And for the past few visits they’ve been out of something I ordered. Yesterday I ordered strawberry frosted donuts and vanilla they were out of both!!! None of the staff look happy and mostly they all looked so stressed. Please do better! I’m a regular customer here I use to come daily but now I barely come at all. How is it you order on the mobile app but still have to wait more than 30 minutes to an hour for your order. Please hire some help.
They don't have chocolate frosted with sprinkles donuts, basically never. The drive thru employees speak to you with no motivation. The outside of the store is dirty, always.
Ordered on the app for drive thru. When I arrived there were 5 cars ahead of me (which is usually the case). Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. When I got to the window, the server gave me a total which was someone elses total. Even after giving her my name, she still tried to hand me the wrong food. This is by far the worst DD around service wise.
Food is hit or miss, usually miss. Smashed items shoved in a bag that are cold. Mobile order doesn't matter because you sit there for a while anyways.
