The place is very clean, the man in the front with blonde hair is the best worker he gave my donuts very fast and a other worker was super nice 100% best Dunkin experience ever!
Last week they were out of caramel yesterday they were out of donuts, a Dunkin' donuts with no donuts. And today they give me the wrong order completely. I don't know what's been going on these past 2 weeks but this location needs to step it up Edit: I have come back a year later, this time everything was in stock but I was in their drive-thru for no lie 25 minutes.
If you look at my other reviews, they're true and sincere and this is no exception. Here are the major concerns: 1. The two employees at this store were emotionless, dead stare zombie like Gen Z'ers. 2. The store only accepted exact change or card. 3. The Mens bathroom was in terrible shape with the toilet seat lid about to fall off, peeling wallpaper, and the outside cover of the wastebasket was covered in filth. 4. This Dunkin’ Donuts is by far the worst in New Bern. Every time I get an order from there it is incorrect. Even after the second time it seems like they can’t get a basic iced coffee right and the wait times are usually much longer. Not sure if it’s a lack of help or what’s going on but maybe enough reviews will help implement change.
