WOW, is all I can say about this particular Duncan, and not in a good way. I love Duncan and stop at locations all over when I travel. This is by far the worst run location. Twice, out of cups for large drinks, today out of straws? Good luck getting the same drink twice, no matter what you order, they will figure some way to mess it up. Unfortunately for me this is the nearest location to where I live, can you say Starbucks?
Staff very poor at taking orders. It's as if they don't understand English. Staff poorly trained. Mistakes in simple drink orders. Location often out of necessary drink supplies ie: large drink cups, straws, drink lids.
2/27/25 I was in the drive thru ~6am. The DD associate was handling a disgruntled customer who made a point to get out of drive thru line and hurry into the business because she ‘was late for work’ and couldn’t wait for her order. The associate handled this ridiculousness with grace and remained calm, cool and collected. Outstanding customer service!
