Best service out of any Dunkin I have ever visited.
I thought I was made of glass, was blatantly ignored like I wasn’t even there .Worst customer service ever. My order was thrown (literally thrown) on the counter in a bag. I wasn’t even asked if it was for here or to go.Breakfast sandwich was cold. You could best believe I will never place a foot in there AGAIN! Do better! Starbucks is a much better choice higher quality customer service!
Love love LOVE wind gap Dunkin! The employees are so much friendlier than the location near my house and my orders are always consistent and delicious. Even when they’re very busy, they are consistently handing out orders so fast and with smiles on their faces. Always an amazing experience. I get the six dollar meal deal recently which is so nice because usually that would be almost 10 dollars. Staff atitude is bad mostly. But the last time it was almost 7pm, drive thru was open, The lady who takes orders yelled at me when I repeated my order because she kept saying "anyhing else?" Without saying "okay" . then I thought she coudnt hear me so I repeated and she yelled "AANYTHING ELSE!!! " to me. I said No thank you, I picked my order, and thanked again, she said that I am the last customer. So what? Is that means I should've not give an order or you have a right to yell?
Hash browns have been greasy like eating crisco coffee is good.
