asked for a almond matcha protein latte. she said 3 different drinks before we chose the “ex-presso” and what did we get instead? a mocha. please make it make sense. do we need a reading lesson? good lord train your employees please. do better management
Went to the store at 6:25 on the dot doors were locked. Nobody was in the drive-through but drive-through lights were on store lights were on and the store sign States does not close till 10 PM. Very letdown because I passed to Dunkin on the way to this location this is terrible. I will be going to Starbucks… And will reach out to corporate over this.
This location should be closed down tbh. The service is terrible, the servers have attitudes & they were out of damn near everything, from the milks, to the croissants, biscuits etc. & the wait time is beyond excessive. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!
Order two jelly filling donuts with no JELLY. There’s always an issue here. This location needs to do better.
