Even with only 2 workers they were able to work in a timely and organized fashion, good service for what they had to deal with.
Got the oreo add-ins for the matcha latte. A good combo and the intercom works okay here.
I’ve come here plenty of times and never once left a bad review, but this was honestly the worst and most unnecessary customer service I’ve experienced. I went through the drive-thru and it was hard to hear when the employee first said “hello,” so I said “hello?” again. The employee responded with, “I said hello twice already,” in the most irritated and annoyed tone.
