Slow service, employees arguing, a supervisor of sorts tried to remove an employee to the back but the episode was still in view and only got louder. But my doughnut and coffee, after I finally received them were ok.
My fav location in Conyers! This morning their system was down and a young lady was OUTSIDE taking orders for the drive thru. ABOVE AND BEYOND OK!!
I initially thought my experience was an isolated incident, but after reading other reviews, it’s clear there is a consistent pattern at this location. My sister and I placed a mobile order, but due to long delays, I went inside. The store was visibly unclean, the cashier was on FaceTime while taking orders, and after waiting over 15 minutes, we were told to just continue waiting with no updates. Slow, unprofessional- the cashier was on FaceTime taking orders. The stores interior was unclean and when I asked for a manager the employee just looked at me.
