This Dunkin’ location has become one of the worst I’ve visited, even after its renovation. I ordered a Matcha Green Latte, and the preparation was unhygienic. The staff were not using gloves, and the drink quality was extremely poor. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told there are no public restrooms, which makes me question what the renovation was even for. This is close to my home & I used to go there all the time & then they closed to put in a drive-thru and only recently reopened. The new place says "sit-down customers are not welcome here." There are but two tables and no washroom for customers. In the old one, bunch of customers used to just sit and talk shop over coffee or tea - looks like they don't want that anymore. There is a Starbucks nearby, a bit more pricey, but at least it is welcoming, washrooms and places to sit and read my book. Looks like I won't be visiting ... read more
New building but no bathroom for customers? God forbid that I need to wash my hands before I eat.
