Alex the assistant manager deserves a raise. He helped us resolve some confusion on our end and took great care of us. Excellent customer service and a refreshing upgrade from how this store was run a few years ago.
GD they are slow
Why is it so difficult for this Dunkin' to serve a bagel that isn't rock hard? I've been here on three separate occasions and each time I've ordered a bagel, anywhere between 6am and 9am, the bagels seem to be days old. And you have to put in your own cream cheese, they don't do it. Hey manager- if the bagel is hard as a rock, toss it out. Do not sell it. And fix the furniture. Place looks like a dump, and the bathrooms are gross. Clearly whoever owns this location has no pride. This isn't rocket science.
