There's no reason why it should take 30+ mins to get through the drive thru line every time I come here. I wish they would remove the drive thru barrier so you could get out of line before ordering, instead you're essentially trapped in the line. -1000/10
Waited in a line and couldn't get out of for over a half hour. No frozen coffee. Literally stuck in line!!!!!. Save the trip and drive to Willpo!!! BEWARE!!! Coffee Burnt total time 38.47 minutes. Sidewalk blocks you in , you can't leave. Just Don't Go!!
This morning I ordered a coffee at 7:05 am. I proceeded to wait in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes waiting. I normally try to be very understanding as I have worked in fast food. However, because of this I was late for work and my coffee wasn’t even made right. I was unable to pull out of the drive thru because of the set up of the location, so I had no choice but to sit and wait. Quick efficient service, always stirs my drink so I don't just suck up sugar and flavor syrup, and fresh ingredients all the time
