I visited for coffee on November 18, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM. The establishment was quite busy, with a line extending from the register to the entrance, and only one employee was present. This individual was managing both the queue and the drive-through service. He performed exceptionally well, demonstrating speed and maintaining a calm demeanor with customers. His name was Pedro. This location was doing so well then they started to try charging for light or no ice, which is not something that we are charged for via the app.
Today i witnessed a lady who was purchasing coffee get HARRASSED AND FOLLOWED BY YOUR MANAGER AND ANOTHER WORKER FROM THERE they were backing into her car unbelievable, we cant even go for coffee without having to worry about attitude
Horrible service !!!!! If you don't like your job, don't take a management position
