At least 15 workers this morning, 13/15 just standing around gabbing. My snackin bacon was cold I got it literally 2 minutes ago. I’ve never had good customer service at this location it is always horrible attitude and annoyed when asked questions. They literally ruin my morning and I’m 23 so I can’t imagine how the older generation feels coming here. As a service provider I am disgusted and embarrassed for Dunkin Donuts.
When the workers mess up an order, it’s usually not a problem, but when they have an attitude after I ask for my order to be corrected, it is.
Clean and exactly what you expect from a Dunkin'. Service is a pittpe slower due to online order fulfillment. Overall a good one.
Id rather support dunkin than other places but I haven’t had an order come as ordered ever in my life from Dunkin. Just this morning hard a normal frozen coffee and it tasted like death. Nice way to waste 6 bucks
