Worst damn customer service. I ordered a medium hot coffee French vanilla flavor…pulled around to the window and she had a large ice coffee. I stated to her that I did not ordered that and she instantly became rude and disrespectful. She got mad because she messed up my order and was too damn lazy to make my hot coffee. She should’ve been apologetic and made me the correct order. I just love the Hispanic lady in the morning who takes the orders, she actually notices your voice, I forgot to mention my creams & equal and she reminded me as I was placing my order over the intercom
