Dunkin donuts workers just hate being there I guess. I ordered online on the app and went inside after waiting maybe like 3 minutes? So I went inside to wait for 15 minutes for a refresher and a donut. I’m a student and I dont gave time for these workers to move hella slow and just not make these drinks. Costumer service was awful . The manager had a bad attitude it’s unbelievable. Instead of being nice about things she doesn’t have in her store she was super rude and had a nasty attitude.
The younger workers are nice but the old lady at the window with glasses wouldn’t give me a bag when I bought a drink and donut I had to walk across the street and buy one. The lack of hospitality when it comes this store is wild. Why choose a job you don’t like or have an attitude about. Like I’m literally on a bike and I couldn’t get a bag or a cup holder like nothing was wrong she just didn’t want to walk to get a bag I asked at the speaker box.
