I am not sure what is going on. There is a woman working here by the name of Nicole. I am not sure why she is still working there. She is rude, offensive, and makes people nervous and uncomfortable. I spoke with the manager more than once, more than twice; it doesn't seem to matter that we, as a community, stop there daily and are harassed and made to feel uncomfortable. This establishment thrives on the community, so at the very least, this woman should be evaluated and retrained

Waited almost 5 mini for someone to show up to take my other no one at front desk I called out a couple times and no one answered
