Quick and convenient.
This may be the worst Dunkin on the planet. The places is a dump and filthy and the service is worse. Dunkin corporate should be embarrassed. The 1 star is a gift.
Long story short, ordered a birthday cake for my son here and it was a sheet cake with a customized picture on it. I did it and paid on the app and it was simple. I wish that there were more options for just ice cream cake (either cake options with ice cream options or the signature chocolate and vanilla fudge crunch cakes for customized cakes at least, they do have lots of others with different flavors but not the ones he wanted).
