I'm always greeted with a smile, a good morning, a darling, and a beautiful Heavenly makes it a great day. I wish all people in the customer service industry could learn this skill. No matter what your going through a smile and kindness goes a long way.Because of Heavenly's hospitality i keep coming back and my ice coffee is always on point.
This woman working in the morning always gives me attitude, she is RUDE, people like that should not be working on customer service.
The coffee was good, but tell me why we got to the drive through, ordered, the women told us our total, we said ok, and I guess we weren’t quick enough cause she shouted the amount three more times- Rude- but okay so we get our good our bagel bites are still COLD in the middle and my avocado toast was not even toasted, the boy was LIMP. Idk about yall but I personally don’t don’t order Avacado toast to be served on soggy bread.
