Great apple fritters and Coffe rolls. These two items are really fresh smell awesome and taste magnificent. The hot chocolate is perfect not sweet and not too bitter. The service staff is very quick friendly and have great product knowledge. You can get solid value by purchasing a large box of Munchkins. I had a bad experience at this Dunkin’ location. I ordered two large iced matcha drinks, but when I started drinking mine in the car, I realized it didn’t have any flavor—it tasted like something was missing. I went back inside and told the staff. Instead of remaking the drink, the employee just opened the lid and added something to it, which didn’t feel right or professional. donuts are never iced correctly, coffee is never made correctly. ordered a dunkalatte this morning and they used iced coffee as if i couldn’t tell, tried giving them a chance idk who i pissed off over there but i’ll do it again!
