The head cashier gotta be the worst person there. They forgot to give me my donut and I said it nicely and proceeds to tell her the other cashier to check the receipt like really over a donut? Y'all gonna try to check me for a 1.69 donut? Really. I've been coming here for years doing mobile order while she's been head cashier and a rotation of employees. Now I understand why there's always new people management sucks and she does too
Awful!!!!
Terrible Customer Service. I would’ve hope that after all the Bad Reviews the owner would realize taking their time is key in processing every order correctly.
