They get your order wrong and not even close 75% of the time
Walk to the register to order and the workers walk away hoping the other person will take the order. When they give you the coffee they don’t even make eye contact or say a word. Sad and pathetic and not the Dunkin I know!
WORST MANAGER TO EXIST TO THIS DAY. I went to this Dunkin’ on 02/17/2026 to get my daily coffee, and as always, the manager was there to make my day worse. Every time I’ve been there, she’s yelling at the employees for no reason and making everybody’s day a living hell. I always avoid sitting there because of the bad energy she has, which ruins your mood in an instant. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with a nasty side-eye.
