Been here 3 times this week and didn't get order right even when, I SPACIFICALLY asked for certain items and didn't get them

Service needs work
I’ve been here before and had good service but at this location this is not the first time for long wait times in the drive through. There was 5-7 cars in front of me and I understand that they were busy. But I get to the speaker and have to correct my order multiple times. When I get to the window it’s been 15-20 minutes. I believe the man at the window was high or something of the sort because when I said hi he made responded with a grunt. When passing me my change he dropped my cents before I had it in my hand.
