This is my second time ordering from here and being delivered the wrong ice cream. Store was not able to refund me so I have 3 scoops of ice cream that I do not want.
Customer service isn’t good. The intercom in the drive thru is broken so you barely understand what they’re saying and they NEVER have cookies and cream ice cream.
The only place I go for my morning coffee I only go thr[ugh the drive thru the lady at the drive thru is welcoming and very friendly at 95th and 50th Avenue in Oaklawn
This is the most amazing Dunkin. I had the pleasure of Tay helping me with my order today. She was super polite and helpful. I was with my 5 year old G-Baby and he loved her also. She didn't rush us to order and allowed my baby to take his time to decide. She made the most amazing Cappuccino Blast. Delicious. Thank you for being so nice to us,Tay. I was having a long day. This made my day.
