Biggest waste of $12 I’ve ever spent. Ordered 2 medium iced matcha and was served matcha foam on ice. I was able to squeeze out MAYBE 5 sips ofmatcha. Now 3/4 of my drink is foam. Utter disappointment, this Dunkin location continues to go downhill. Will not be going back, and encourage others to do the same.
Ordered 2 medium iced matchas and all we got was foam on ice. About 3 sips of Matcha, and the rest is the foam. Absolutely waste of $12, every single drink I ever get from this location is a disappointment. Management or Dunkin Corp needs to reassess this location. I can think of about 5 other franchises that would be more worth your money than this establishment.
Tried to surprise my kiddo this morning with donuts (and the plan to grab a couple extra for later and tomorrow) before school since it was a rare weekday that I was off. Got to the store at 06:30 only to find the lights off and the doors locked. There was someone inside walking around but they ignored us at the door so we went back to the car and attempted the drive through thinking maybe they were just understaffed and were waiting for backup. I like DUNKIN, but they are always out of donuts. Update on post, yesterday last straw. I made an online order and when I arrived they were out of donuts. Only 2 out of the 12 were available. I asked if they were making more and the server said they can’t due to they have to let the donuts rise overnight. I get that with the yeast donuts but not with the cake ones.
