This may have been the worst experience at a fast food chain I’ve ever had. Went in, waited around 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were there. After finally getting the attention of someone, we were told that half of the things we wanted were gone, including egg, for a breakfast sandwich??? Once we got our food the bagels were burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock. Got told in drive-thru once they don’t have and never have had chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles ??? Proceeded to go back the next and, get this, they do, in fact, make chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. Been here a handful of times, everyone hates their lives. Better off going to Scooters down the street
Employees inside only concerned about drive thru orders. We just waited 15 min for black coffee. Our name even came off the board and still wasn’t ready!
