Absolutely horrible. Hot mess. Drive thru broken. Mobile order canceled without notice. Employees unkempt, disheveled, and unfriendly. Kitchen area looked filthy. 20+ min wait for coffee. Left without purchasing anything.
Go inside to place an order and literally standing there for 5mins when place is completely empty except for 2 people already sitting and eating at a table and no one says anything to me except one lady running around the counter to hug a kid and the othet coworkers hugging and standing there like don't have a job to do. I know at any other dunkin or place I work if you just walked off while customer waiting you'd be fired right away. Whoever the manager is clearly needs to do better or be replaced. This evening I had stopped at the Dunkin in Valatie. They close at 8 pm and It was 7:44 pm when I had arrived. They had everything closed down already but still had 15 minutes of open time.
I try my best to be patient and give these guys a break since some of the ladies here are amazing but it’s getting ridiculous that I spend almost $10 for add on for my latte and it either comes out perfect or complete garbage. My latte had almost no ice in it today and the espresso tasted pre brewed and bitter.
Since beginning work near this location, I have attempted to use the mobile walk-in ordering system four different times. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently substandard. Despite selecting 'walk-in' for convenience, my orders are never placed in the designated pickup area; instead, they are routinely held near the drive-thru window or in areas inaccessible to me.
