I went today to get a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and a refresher on my way to work. I ordered a bacon & cheese no egg bagel sandwich and requested no ice in my drink. Upon receiving my drink there was ice but I let it go since it wasn’t reflected on the receipt however I noticed that I was completely missing my hash browns and there was egg on my sandwich. What I ordered vs what they gave me The coffee and apple juice was right and the glazed donut
This is the worst dunkin ever! They always mess up your order and then try to force you to call corporate to get your money back. Always check your orders because they will give you what the want you to have instead of what you ordered!!! This Arab man in there is the worst along with the older Mexican lady! They do not listen and they over talk you and have they have terrible customer service and communication skills!!!!
Yesterday, I purchased a medium hot caramel coffee from this location. When I got to work, I realized that there was no caramel in this coffee. It was plain black coffee. With that being said, I had to modify my own coffee at work, which I should not have when I purchased for a hot caramel coffee. I then returned the following day asking for accommodations for their error.
