The service is not good at all plus they didn’t let me use the bathroom as a customer saying that they don’t have public restrooms.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Incredibly disrespectful staff. The Latinos working in the store were so accommodating and able to offer service that meets what you expect when you go to a business. The managers were rude and belligerent. The store has two bathrooms in the store and I have used them before with no problem and today I went to use the bathroom and the manager yelled at me saying they were not public and employee only. Very bad experience. I ordered small hot coffee with regular cream and 2 sweeteners but when checked it was only black coffee. My order was drive through. I tried to call this location the number showing on the website was not working. Mostly service on Dunkin’ is bad.
