I ordered my coffee via the app and usually I have no problem but the last three visits have been nasty and I gave them the benefit of doubt but today was the last straw. I order a x-large caramel hot coffee cream and sugar and I order large butter pecan hot coffee cream and sugar and needless to say neither one of my coffees had the flavor or sugar just cream and to add on top of that I ordered hash browns and it looked as if these were from the bottom of the grease and it had hair in it. Just left this place. Environment and workers very unpleasant. One employee sitting at the counter taking her hair down another hand my order to me with out placing in in a bag. This will be last thing purchase from this Dunkin donut.
Messed up my entire order
I'm here every week always on point with the ice coffee delicious consistently making upgrades to this location looking good 👍🏽😊 Thank you for keeping the store clean.
