Marvin and the gentleman with the long dark hair made our visit spectacular today! They were so friendly and kind. They played amazing music. The food and coffee were delicious.
This location needs to be taught service. I made a mobile order, sent my daughter to pick it up. They told her there was no order. Couldn’t call store because”voice mail is rarely checked”. Drove up there, was told by 3 people the order was not there. A 4 th person walks up and say “wow it’s the only order for a dozen donuts.” As he is handing me the box. Doesn’t say anything to me, just turns around walking off complaining about his employees.
Addicted to dunkin drinks. They get busy they struggle due to lack of help or good help. Many of younger girls are seen outside on cellphone or smoking. Often here them complaining outside while waiting in drive through line. One's been there while the older workers seem to care more work butts off. No matter im a dunkin junkie so I'll keep going. Even on busy days.
