If you order anything from the "bakery" side of things such as muffins or donuts don't expect to have it ready for you pick up order. They only ever seem to have hot foods done. Staff is more worried about chatting with each other than serving the customers.

I will never spend a cent here again on a Sunday! I placed an online order that took 17 minutes from placement to receiving my drink. It wasn't even that busy and counted approximately 10 employees. I spend $25 to $35 a week here. When I go Monday through Friday mornings it's much busier and the longest I've waited is 5 minutes. Today seemed like mass confusion with employees and a lack of urgency. Yes they were young and possibly new. But what took place was a sign of poor management.
