I was pleased to see one of the employees Hasan was a star employee. I (19) came in with my gf (27) and a man tried to steal my girl after my EBT card declined Hasan paid my order out of pocket and said I got you kid. I then saw his gf brooklyn come in and demand free stuff but Hasan said “ as a loyal employee of Dublin dounuts you must pay regular price” this display of heroism bought a white tear to my leg. Love u guys
We ate here, service and food standard as usual, the only thing is no bathroom, mind you coffee is a diuretic, it feels like most companies are forgetting or turning the eye on the simple human needs! Do better!
Today 6/4/26 at around 4:40-5:00 PM I picked up my order and ate in the store. Upon leaving the store I saw a huge roach on the counter next to the ice cream area and the pick up area for online orders. It was on it's back moving it's legs constantly trying to get back up. I am not coming back to this Dunkin' anymore.
