My friend and I came here and we tried ordering our drinks. The guy spoke either so quietly or so uncohesivly that we couldn't understand what we said that we had repeat ourselves at least 5 times. We ordered the matcha lattes and it was so poorly blended (and we saw how he blended it) we could taste the matcha. I'm a barista myself and how he did it was so wrong. You're supposed to use cold water and either shake or stir it with a wand when you make matcha but instead he just took the matcha into the cup and just smashed it... read more
Every time I come to this establishment, it’s the worst experience without a doubt. Just the other day me and my family had come to get ice cream with its 24hr service. And they had denied us claiming they’re close for the day @ 7:30… With no explanation from them we took our business to McDonalds.
They don't have the grounds they offer on the app. Very misleading. Huge waste of time to go and get nothing.
