I would give negative stars if possible. ordered ahead on the app so that I wouldn't be late to work, avacado toast with bacon, nothing difficult. Had no bacon and seasoning when I requested without. I explained it was made incorrectly, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and yelled at me to just move forward, I said I really don't have time to wait I will be late to work she said "oh my God just pull forward it would take longer to refund you!". I paid for a drink on my app. I went in to get it and they said they didn’t have a ticket for it. After 20 minutes later of waiting a manager said I can’t help you I don’t know what to tell you. LIKE WOW. I see how Dunkin values there customers. Horrible customer service. I worker days ago and I’ve heard nothing !
