I paid for a drink on my app. I went in to get it and they said they didn’t have a ticket for it. After 20 minutes later of waiting a manager said I can’t help you I don’t know what to tell you. LIKE WOW. I see how Dunkin values there customers. Horrible customer service. I worker days ago and I’ve heard nothing !

Slowest store I’ve ever been to. Takes mins before the even acknowledge your in the drive thru. I’ve been to a Dunkin donut everyday for the last two years.
