Here’s your review in English, sharp and ready to post: ⸻ I had one of the worst experiences at Dunkin’ Donuts. The organization is a complete mess. I ordered a basic meal that costs $6 without coffee, but they tried to charge me $8 as if coffee was included — even after I clearly said I DID NOT want it. The health department needs to come here. They don't clean hands while using sell phones and then touching customers food and drinks.

This area doesn't do anything about homeless people roaming around and take soooo long with your order, sometimes the even get it wrong and you have to argue with them about it. They need to do better or shut the place down.
