The morning crew is stellar, accommodating, fast and remember your face. I've been sipping Dunkin since I was 14 but this is this best experience I've had of the brand since working across the street. 🤌🥳 It's always busy. It's across from the busiest hospital in the city in a small location. Surprised at the petulance in the other reviews
The two employees at the moment were such amazing sports about my mobile order they couldn’t fulfill because it didn’t match what they had in stock. My daughter wanted the new Strawberry Dream Refresher, so one man worked with her to create a new concoction she enjoyed. It was a morning rush, and they were so good with all the customers!
I've ordered on the app several times and they don't make my stuff until I ask where it is. I've waited over half an hour here multiple times because there's only one person working doing everything. Either shut this place down or hire more people.
Understaffed, online orders get forgotten and in store order can take over 30 minutes to be fulfilled.
