Love the iced lattes!!
Food is great! Service is meh. Don't show up here after 6pm and ask for hot food. They WILL NOT supply any hot food because they want to go home at 8 pm. So they just tell you excuse after excuse to keep from cooking (heating) anything. I'd like to give them 5 stars but I have shown up on several occasions and wanted a breakfast sandwich. It was after 6 so the answer was absolutely no. Lots of apologies but never an exception. They also are conveniently out of croissants around the same time as well.
The workers here never say anything — not even a hello, especially at the drive-thru window. It’s confusing how they can take payments without saying a word. When you go inside, no one greets you or even looks your way. This location has really bad customer service. The whole team needs to be retrained on how to treat customers. No wonder the store have 2.7 stars…..
