This was the amount of cream cheese I got on my bagel and I usually come to Dunkin because they are generous (normally). I also asked for it to be toasted, but rather than being crunchy, it was soft as if I had been microwaved or something. When I asked for the manager’s opinion, he stated they didn’t own a microwave And that he needs a copy of my receipt if I wanted a refund, but all I wanted was for them to just make it correctly. Great customer service
I’m honestly so disappointed with dunkin . Every time I come through, my order is somehow wrong. There are always a bunch of teenagers working who seem completely lost and don’t pay attention to what they’re doing.Today, they got my bagel wrong, so I went inside to let them know. Another girl was waiting for her bagel, and I found out they had actually given me her bagel. This am my coffee was disgusting. For $4.00+ I expect a decent cup of coffee. And the sad thing not 1 person from DD franchise cares. What a bad way to start off my day..I DO NOT recommend this DD for atleast a decent cup of coffee.
