I come here frequently for coffee and breakfast but today morning around 10 am, i had a very bad experience with drive through agent. She was extremely rude and dropping food into my car in a disrespectful way. It was heavily raining and I was adjusting my car to come closer for the food and carefully doing so, for which she responded with an angry face. I want to speak to their manager regarding this concern but the phone line is never answered and mailbox is full.
Most rude encounters ever. No good quality of customer service or products being served. It’s insane - the businesses near thrive on niceness and making sure your order is proper, smh.
My drink and doughnut made my day.
