Extremely slow. Took 20 minutes just to get to the speaker. There isn’t an option to cancel order on the app so I had to wait. This is my last time visiting this location.

This is the worst DD for professionalism and timely service. They are the slowest i have ever been to.
The lines are always long, inside, and drive-thru. The staff is rude and slow as cold molasses. I've received cold coffee and cold food. I love dunkin, but they need help, re-training, and customer service training badly.
Could use a little bit more focus customer service. I went in there and purposely stood there waiting to order my coffee...I had to call their attention for someone to take my order.
