If I could give this place a zero rating I would! I ordered a pumpkin spice latte iced and was given a completely different drink. I order this drink everyday since they started making it for the season so I know how it taste. When I told the lady the drink was not good and asked if I could have another drink she tried to charge me. She went to make the drink and left the ice and cream in the cup for an extended amount of time while she waited on several customers. Contacted customer relations it’s been two weeks and no help over $8 that was two drinks made poorly. I don’t care about the denomination I care about paying money for a watered down gross coffee that wasn’t acceptable. Unacceptable customer service as well. No reply for days on end until I email customer service over and over and then get treated like I’m lying with no response. Horrible horrible customer service Dunkin wishes they were Wawa level customer service.
