I'm on a new kick! Unfortunately, the cashier said, "You can't put that cold foam on a hot latte." Please just put it on there and ring it up. I ordered it nonetheless but for future reference, if it's not complicated don't make the visit awkward. The customer isn't always right but I shouldn't feel wronged either.
The customer service always sucks here the drinks are not good .. today makes my last time going here she messed up my drink it was so milky I told her about it and she gave me a hot expresso shot separately to put in my ice latte . I am so confused.. disgusting
I mobile ordered a donut and an iced coffee. I got back in the car, and took the donut out of the bag. It had a big hair wrapped around it, already ew. Then I tried the coffee (I get the same thing everytime) and they forgot to put the coffee in. It was just milk and sugar and I had to throw it out.
