I had ordered two refreshers from here a few days ago through the app for my boyfriend and myself, and they were made and ready by the time I had arrived to pick them up. The gentleman that worked there was also very nice and friendly too. Will be back again.
Terrible Dunkin Donuts. Don’t waste your time getting loaded hashbrowns. They don’t put on cheese like the picture on the menu. When I stated it didn’t look like the picture, the cashier talked back and argued. They did put extra cheese on, but should have never been an argument. Then, went a different time and didn’t originally see the $6 meal deal. Ordered the same things on the meal deal and was charged 7.20. After purchase, saw the deal and asked for 1.20 back. 3 times now the short older lady behind the counter didn’t know what she was doing. Why are you charging me extra for cream cheese on my bagel? I had to eat it with nothing on it. She’s the manager and she does NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. She doesn’t know how to scan free rewards either. How are you the manager???
