Waited in line just to be told oven "wasn't working."
My sandwich and donuts were on par for what I've come to expect from Dunkin. But, I should have read the reviews before selecting this location for my mobile order. What usually takes about 5-7 minutes at most other locations took 14 minutes at this one. They had about 5 staff members and with only about 4-5 cars in the drive thru when I showed up to pick up my order inside. I'll drive an extra two minutes off my route next time and still save time. Gotta pick up the pace, guys.
Despite being in a seemingly iffy neighborhood, the DD was pretty great.
