The employees they have now are always so kind and friendly and recently my order has been spot on!
Ordered donuts through the mobile app picked them up brought them home, the French cruller was not edible. called and they excused it with they don’t make the donuts there and they come early in the morning… then stop selling them after a few hours because they get hard and non edible!! This is my first and last order with this specific establishment…I was hungry and now gotta go spend MORE money on EDIBLE food
This location is a tad bit slow but I do feel that the employees are trying their best to get the orders through. It would probably do them some good if another location opened because Dunkin is pretty popular. Besides the slow part everything I get here has always been good. And even with a line backed out to the road, the employees have always kept a smile and have been nice. I appreciate yall for making my coffee
Coffee is always great! Donuts are always fresh!
The donuts are not as fresh as other donut stores, I am comparing Dunkin to Texas donuts, Krispy Kreme, and even Martin's grocery store. The other stores make the donuts on site and do not have them made at other locations and shipped in. Quality is lost when food is transferred by temperature, being sealed up. Donut shops seem to come and go. The coffee and other drink options have helped dunkin survive. My daughters go there often and mostly only get drinks it would be vary rare if they get donuts there.
