Friendly and fast
a nice lady named lakeia took our order she was nice and respectful at first, did her job like she was supposed to, I ordered one large hot coffee and a medium iced coffee, at the window she handed me two hot coffees and I respectfully told her the medium was supposed to be iced coffee, not hot coffee and she took back the medium hot coffee and went to go remake it, but instead of making an iced coffee she put ice in a plastic cup and poured the scalding hot coffee in it (she made it right in front of me at the window so lit... read more
I placed my order in the drive thru and drove up to the window. I paid and was given my food. I sat there at the window for close to 10 minutes - with a line of cars behind me - when one of the employees says “I gave her her food. Why is she still sitting at the window?” Ma’am. My coffee. She just looked at me and walked off. Somebody else came up with my drink. She apologized but geez. Not the best customer service. The food/coffee was good.
Mercy was amazing and friendly. Hwy 72 location!!!
