Went through drive thru and ordered 1 dozen assorted, 25 munchkins and a coffee…$30. Pulled around and they handed me a “bag” of a dozen donuts. She said “Here’s your donuts we’re out of boxes.” The 25 munchkins taste a day or two old. TERRIBLE!! No apology or anything! Will not be back.would post pics if they had the option.
The person who served me was rude and obnoxious. And wanted me to pay $25 for one drink. When I know that usually I only pay like seven dollars for that same drink at a different Dunkin’ Donuts.
Dunkin has raised its prices but made no effort to change old (lower) menu prices on the menu board outside. So you pull up, see what's offered and at what price, then get charged a completely different total at the window. It's called theft by deception. Not only is it shady and dishonest, it's also illegal. Buyer beware.
