Alan was an awesome person who helped me and my sister on a busy Saturday afternoon. He had to bounce between drive-thru and the dine-in lines all by himself all while wearing a smile the entire time. A person in-line asked him if he was all alone and he communicated that his coworker was on a break and that it was just him for the moment. Thank you, Alan for being an awesome person! We need more people like you in the world
Drive thru
Alan was running the drive thru and the front by himself while his co worker was on his break. He had nothing but a smile on his face and treated everyone so kindly.
The floor in the dining room was sticky. Not to mention a health score of 87. The two employees who were working didn't even know I was there. They shouted their greeting when they heard the door chime, but that was quickly forgotten. I was the only person at the front counter and waited about 7 minutes to even be acknowledged. They were focused on making 2 drinks for the 2 cars in the drive thru.
