Got a medium iced coffee in the drive thru and it took over 10-15 minutes for just the one thing. Employees were cursing in the food and drink prep area. Not sure what’s going on but the quality and customer service has really gone down hill here. Just go to the Starbucks across the street honestly or get a gas station coffee.

I'm usually a drive through customer, but today I walked in. The woman who took my order was great! But her manager felt it necessary to call her out and repremand her loudly and publicly. That is not the form of a good manager. I decided that I did not want my sale to be on that managers metrics, so I left. But hey! The manager working at 9 am on July 18th at the 103B Madison location may very well be the cause of your high turnover rate at this location.
This slice of bread cost $5.22 with tax. Why is it that some times the slice of bread is topped with bacon from edge to edge but in many occasions it’s given like this, it’s very annoying. It’s $1.10 up charge for “topped bacon” and I would say this isn’t very topped off. Don’t be stingy or lazy when making this $5 slice of bread because it’s already pricey for 5/6 bites.
