I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered two medium iced lattes. I politely asked for less ice because they usually pack the cup with way too much. The worker told me, “If I put less ice, I’ll make the drink less,” basically saying I wouldn’t get a full cup. I explained that I’m paying for a medium, not a smaller drink. I’ve never had this issue at other Dunkin’ locations — they simply give you the same drink with less ice. This felt unfair and honestly left a bad impression. I won’t be coming back to this location.
The girls that works at this branch are very professional and kind and fast specially nadine is a wonderful lady and Andrea and rabia are very professional and kind . I been doing to this place for the past 18 years .
