Once new management took over earlier this year, my orders have been wrong almost every single time. Employees don’t pay attention.
I work in the building so I am here often. Location is small and can get super packed so if you are in a hurry and short tempered, consider another location. But the people are so, so nice. Yes, I’ve witnessed a messed up order or two, but they will fix it for you with a smile. Most employees seem to be hardworking decent people just trying to do their job and definitely don’t deserve rude attitude from customers who have never worked a service job in their life.
