it would be nice if the people got the orders correct and actually speak english.
the lady is so rude and they never make the orders well and the cup is mostly ice and barely the actual drink
Absolutely Unacceptable Rude Aggressive and Incompetent Employee (December 27, 1:40pm to 2:40 PM) This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at any Dunkin. I walked in when there were no customers waiting. As I tried to place my order, the employee immediately started rushing me, cutting me off mid sentence, and not listening at all, even though there was absolutely no line.
