Very friendly
Idk why everyone gets so bent out of shape over this location. It's a fast-food style coffee shop, not some fancy small business. The staff is always busy and it's not always perfectly clean in there but guess what: they work hard and they try their best. Some of them look young too so GIVE THEM A BREAK AND DON'T BE A JERK! I've been coming here for years at random times and I've never had a bad experience. If my coffee doesn't taste right (which is rare), I kindly ask for a new one and they make it.
