More businesses need to understand that having great customer service and paying their staff well is the #1 important element to get customers to return and the evening shift at this DD yesterday was on point! Super nice and friendly smiles. I am a DD hater normally as the service can be horrible but these two employees made a difference.
Took them almost 10 minutes to give me a single donut. Just to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. I waited almost 10 mins for a single item order that they did not have…..if you are not in the drive thru you don’t matter. Just a heads up.
I've only continued coming to this Dunkin because it's convenient, but today was the final straw. Every single time I've come here, my coffee has been disappointing. My order is as simple as it gets—an iced coffee with almond milk and Stevia—yet somehow it never tastes right. My favorite dunkin' is all of them really, but the one I go to all the time is across the street, from my work . Pb lakes blvd.. They have my drink ready for me before I even get up to the counter. I love going in there. They're great service. The people are friendly and they treat everybody with respect. You're very clean as well.I would definitely suggest that you go there and get a coffee
