Got 2 sausage and egg bagel sandwiches and they tasted like chemicals..
They can’t seem to get my order correct.. I simply ordered an iced matcha latte and for some reason it came out brown and coffee in it. Tried to get it remade and they refused. A couple months have now passed so this time I decide to order inside. And when I asked one simple question if they’re able to add or charge me for caramel drizzle. Do you like timeliness? Things hot? Full? Do you like good service? Then spare yourself and go somewhere else. I recently got one strawberry donut, one vanilla donut, and a vanilla chai latte. Somehow the vanilla chai was both under half full and barely warm, they got BOTH donuts wrong, and it took me 30 minutes to receive everything after originally forgetting my chai.
