White tall guy working in the afternoon looks like didn't see you in the counter waiting to order. Also donut display looks nasty.
I went in and got breakfast for me and my mom, I ordered a 10 piece munchkin but only got 9, didn’t come in a box like I hoped, the bagel bites were okay, and the double chocolate donut was good but as I’m eating my 9, not 10 munchkins, they taste almost stale, I got powdered and chocolate, I’m guessing she miscounted but personally, you should always count before serving it to the customer, I went in all friendly
Nasty, unfriendly just the worst food you don’t want to try.
Worst Dunkin Donuts ever, I buy food and coffee here all the time and something is always wrong, missing food items, they don’t care enough to make your coffee right and in the evening the coffee is terrible and I have to make them remake it because they try to give you cold coffee or cold brew with your hot coffee because they don’t want to make another badge of coffee, absolutely terrible, breaks my heart because I love Dunkin’s but this location is just destroying their reputation.
Avoid the disappointment (clear creek) & go to another location! Like another reviewer said, the service was non existent. Yes they saw me walk in the door but didn’t acknowledge me at the counter until I was forced to order from the kiosk. Once I started paying then an employee comes over to take my order. I was the only person there so it wasn’t like they had other customers. The kiosk was absolutely terrible!!
