Ordered a hot coffee and was handed ice coffee, we gave it back and ask for hot coffee and this fool pours the cold coffee without the ice in a hot cup and handed it back to us. Need some employees with common sense
My visit to Dunkin’s on clear creek was great! Food was good and customer service was great, the employees in the drive thru worked fast and they were polite. Best Dunkin’s in the area hands down!
The girl that waited on me was not customer service adiquit at all.
Ordered and then waited 17 minutes to get two items: a Coolatta and a small Milkshake. The total was over $12, which I thought was steep. I had requested extra vanilla in the Coolatta if possible - it tasted completely like ice. I wasn't even able to finish it. Parts were just pieces of ice. No thanks. No flavor. My son didn't like it either. His, very small, shake was good according to him. It came out very hard and needed to warm up to be able to be drank.
