I ordered on the app, two coffees, one glazed donut for myself, and one boston crème for my pregnant wife since boston crème is her favorite. The order went through perfectly fine, but after driving all the way out to the dunkin, they told me they were out of both the donuts I had ordered. Why the app didn’t notify me of this before I placed the order beats me. Paid $20 for an uber eats order consisting of a drink, a 2 pc bagel minis and and Apple pie. Realized they did not include the bagel minis in the order. Called multiple times and no one answered. Talk about lack of attention to orders..
Never has any ingredients for speciality drinks this the 3rd time I have come to this location and they don’t have the drink i want. It’s disappointing!
Clean, we got donuts and ice cream!
