I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’. An employee named Helen threw a coffee at me, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer should ever be treated that way, regardless of the situation. I was shocked and very upset by how the situation was handled. I hope management takes this incident seriously, reviews what happened, and provides the appropriate training or disciplinary action to ensure no one else has to experience this kind of behavior.
