I've been here atleast 10 times and not one single time has my order ever been correct. If I didnt live 3 minutes away I wouldn't keep putting up with the guaranteed errors. Drinks and food being made wrong, reminding staff to put on gloves when grabbing donuts. I think the extra 10 minute drive for the next location might be the move from now on when I need that dunkin fix.
Waited 35 minutes for this amount of bacon, and they messed up on our drinks THREE times.. We were very polite about everything because I thought they were just understaffed but these two girls ordered way after us and got their drinks within 5 minutes. This location sucks. Our cashier was Natasha
Really bad service for walk in this morning, never got my coffee and waited 20 minutes for two wraps. The guy handing out drinks wasn't talking to anyone or announcing numbers, very disorganized.
Average wait time foe drive through is 10-15 mins. That says a lot.
