So, I only visit this location when I’m in town to see my sister, which is the only reason I order at this location because it’s closest. However, over the past few weekends, I’ve noticed that the drive-thru has become exceptionally slow! Which isn’t even the main reason for my two-star review… the main reason is that they never fill the cup up all the way, and this is NOT an isolated incident! It’s rather annoying. I’ve attached a picture for reference.
This deep south DD location will not disappoint you Yankees. (Dunkin's started in Mass. In the 1950s) This location was every bit as good your favorite New England DD.
I thought I’d give this place one more try for 2025, Just to be disappointed again. They don’t greet you at the window. No hello, no thank you, they are mute. They give you ready made hash browns (cold) or burnt. The sweet tea taste acidic. They don’t melt the cheese on your sandwich. Bread (bagels/croissants) are always cold. This place doesn’t deserve to be supported because the workers suck and it reflects on your food. Trash, trash, trash…..we have a choice people.

Will not be back! I ordered today via mobile app and waited in my car for 5 minutes and headed in. Took another 10 minutes when they were not busy at all. I was never greeted and they never asked if I needed help. I was the only person in there with the staff. As I was waiting I watched a tall guy in a long sleeve black shirt make someone’s food and pick at it and eat from it with his bare hands.
