A regular…. I love my Dunkin family.
Two employees having a conversation. Ignored the fact that I had come in and was waiting to place an order. One girl said to the other, “ Do you want to help him”. The other answered no I don’t. No customer service whatsoever.
I visited at 10:35am on 1/24/26 and encountered a very rude staff members. I had a mobile order for a Latte with butter pecan swirl, but I received essentially hot milk with no ingredients. I used to like this particular store and would alternate with the Starbucks next door, but these staff members seems unable to run the store without supervision. I suggest the Starbucks next door instead. I suggest you rethink your staff if you want to keep your customers.
