The girl working the drive through at 2:00PM today 4/26/26 needs better training and costumer service skills. She had no idea what any of the items we ordered was and was very rude (forgot to turn her mic off and said “oh my god” when we kept ordering items). She seemed very incompetent and actually made us and at least 2 other cars behind us leave the drive through. If I could give 0 stars, I would.. this place has gone downhill over the past year. A regular…. I love my Dunkin family.
Two employees having a conversation. Ignored the fact that I had come in and was waiting to place an order. One girl said to the other, “ Do you want to help him”. The other answered no I don’t. No customer service whatsoever.
