They are nice people but my orders are always wrong. This is my third and last time going here they couldn’t even make my HOT CHOCOLATE right, it’s tastes like freaking water. I ordered a sausage egg n cheese on an English muffin twice and they were messed up. One time it was a croissant and the second time my muffin was burnt.GARBAGE.
The manager working at 1pm on April 1st just completely ruined my wife and I’s experience. The employee made one extra drink for us by accident and when we said something, the manager overheard us and basically screamed at the employee right in front of everyone. Couldn’t believe it. I would HATE to work for that woman and I can’t imagine how all of the employees do it.
This is one of my favorite Dunkin's of all time. They always make my drinks just right. The service is quick and friendly. Plus, it is in the middle of Triangle, so it's easy to access. Thanks for being such a nice place to get refreshing drinks and treats!
Was given spoiled milk in my drink, my drink was slimy and tasted off.
