We’ve had multiple issues with our orders from this location. Today we ordered 3 bacon, egg & cheese croissants, and one of them came without bacon. The last time i ordered the same thing for brother, they put sausage instead of bacon. It’s frustrating having to double-check every order, especially when we’re ordering the same item.
I ordered a Medium Matcha and nobody knew how to make it. Took them 30min to figure it out… 2 managers standing around doing absolutely nothing and one of the workers even asked for help. Proper training and new management is needed at this location.
Did a mobile order for the drive through. Sat for almost 15 minutes in the drive thru, parked went in and stood at the mobile order for 10 more minutes while staff looked at me. Finally some one asked what I needed and took another few minutes to find my two drinks. Absolutely insane, I will avoid this dunkin at all cost.
Very old store and didn't seem pleasing to be in. Didn't order anything and just walked out.
