Ordered three sandwiches and 3 loaded hash browns plus drinks. Drinks came out awesome. 2 sandwiches were hard as a rock barely chewable. The hash browns had a drop of cheese and no toppings. Tried calling and it tells you to call back later no voicemail. Really disappointed.
Ordered Hot tea and sausage wake up wrap. Got the hot right away. Attendant waited on 3 other people before even starting my wrap. Couldn’t wait any longer told her to give it to someone else and left. Poor service
This Dunkin' needs a whole new set of TRAINED employees!! My daughter gets coffee there roughly once a week or so (a little less lately since she's been out of work). She ALWAYS asks for decaffeinated since she has a heart condition and can'thave caffeine. Today, she ordered, the guy was on his phone so she verified with him 3 times that it was decaf. She got home, cup about 1/4 of the way done saying she didn't feel right. Sure enough...it was regular!!! These people are lucky they haven't killed her!!! This is not the firs... read more
