I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I ordered two coffees and two donuts, but unfortunately, the coffee I received was cold and the milk had a stale taste, as though it had been sitting out for a while. When I tried to contact the restaurant to resolve this matter, my calls went unanswered.
Worst service and coffee… Majority of the time it’s burnt and not what ordered.
Staff could not even be bothered to say hello or acknowledge that anyone walked in the store. I stood there and waited, until one of the workers pointed at me and another woman came up and stared at me.
I live around the corner from this location and I’ve got to say, this place is so stingy. I was locked out of my house today so as i waiting for my sister to bring me my spare key I popped over here to grab a cup of water while I waited. Mind you, my phone, keys, wallet and all my belongings were locked inside of my house. The workers refused to give me a cup of water unless i paid $1. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never been denied A SMALL CUP OF WATER ever but leave it to these people!!! You guys suck.
Rude drive thru worker. I asked about the free donut sign for Veterans Day and couldn’t hear his response and when I asked him to repeat it, he yelled at me. On another occasion I asked them to fill up my coffee all the way and I’m pretty sure they just put more ice in it instead of coffee.
